A great way to make sure you stay out of hell is be considerate of other people. This means you: liars, flatterers, hypocrites, seducers, soothsayers, false counselors, thieves and counterfitters.
All these actions take advantage of other people which is another no-no.
Think about how these actions effect other people and realize, if you participate in any of these actions, you burn.
